Advanced - 1 Year Full TimeOur one-year Advanced Musical Theatre course is designed for those students who have already completed a full time training programme and are looking to refine their skills and focus their talent in order to get the very best possible start to their professional careers. Designed to push students to the very edge of their ability and equip them with both the practical tools-of-the-trade but also the business acumen to make a successful transition from student-in-training to working professional. We focus on the integration of Singing, Acting and Dancing into a single faultless performance. This aspect of the course runs parallel to a training in personal and proessional development and also an introduction to business management. It is our aim to equip our students with all the skills needed to enjoy a long and rewarding career in the performing arts. Classes in Acting, Singing, Dancing, Professional Development, Theatre History, Personal Management and Industry Practices, combined with workshops from visiting professionals will enable students to not only do the job, but firstly to get a job which can most ofeten be the hardest bit! Entry onto the course is by audition only. How do I apply for a place? Applicants must be 16+ Yrs and should complete and return an application form. Payment of your Audition Fee should be included with your application. Auditions are held throughout the year and applicants will be contacted within two weeks of receipt of application form.
