1 Year Musical Theatre Intensive

Course Fees £4000.00

Entry onto the course is by audition only. Applicants should be 16+ Yrs and complete and return an application form. Payment of your Audition Fee should be included with this application.

Application Fee £30.00

How do I apply for a place?

Auditions are held throughout the year and applicant will be contacted within two weeks of reciept of application form.

Please contact us for an application form. Alternativley you can go to the Downloads page of this website and print out an application form. Simply complete the form, post back to us and we will be in touch ASAP.

Students applying from overseas apply in exactly the same way. However, if attending an audition in the UK is not possible applicants may apply by video/DVD with supporting documentation from both professional and character referees.

Is there any funding available?

Funding is not usually available but you should contact your Local Education Authority for advice. Several charitable trusts help finance performing arts students and a directory listing these grant making trusts and charities should be available at your local library.

Are there any other costs?

Yes! A deposit of £500.00 is required on the first day of the first term for the creation of your Professional Expenses Account. This money will then be used at the discretion of The MGA Company to subsidise your participation in extra curricular activities such as theatre visits. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you upon successful graduation.

MGA Stage Academies

MGA Stage Academies fees are payable by the term (10 consecutive sessions) or by the year (3 terms).

So how much will it cost?

£245 Per Term (Payable at first booked session)

£700 Per Year (Payable at first booked session)

£75.00 Per Month (+ £60 deposit. Only available for full year subscription. payable over nine months

25% Discount for Siblings.

We also run a sponsorship programme at The MGA Company. If you are in need and would like to apply for sponsorship then please apply in writing directly to us. If we can help, we will.

Tracksuits, Hoodies, Caps and Vest Tops are also available!

How do I apply for a place?

Individual Dance Classes

Participation at individual dance classes requires a 10 week commitment with full fees payable at the first booked class.

Apart from that there are no extra costs - unless of course you don't already own a pair of Tap Shoes!

Fierce Performance

Fierce Performance fees are payable by the term (10 consecutive sessions) or by the year (3 terms). (Preferable 3 Term Commitment)

So how much will it cost?

£115 Per Term (Payable at first booked session)

£300 Per Year (Payable at first booked session)

The MGA Company will cover all application fees to competitions and performance events.

Are there any other costs?

Fierce Performance squad members will be expected to pay for any costume/uniform requirements that there may be for public events. These costume costs will not exceed £65 for the entire year. If they do – The MGA Company will cover the remaining balance.

Travel expenses to and from competitions and performance events will be the responsibility of individual Fierce Performance squad members.

Summer School

MGA Summer Schools usually run in July/August for 4 days of intensive classes in Musical Theatre Performance.

Are there any other costs?

Students are not required to wear an MGA T-Shirt or Vest Top but it is preferred that students wear an MGA Top to the workshop as it helps us identify them around the building! These can be purchased from only £10.

Tracksuits, Hoodies, Caps and Vest Tops are also available!
